I am a Realtor, but I'm not the kind of realtor you typically think of. You know, they're the ones who talk all about their awards, their multi-million dollar sales levels, and put "REALTOR®" after their names in all caps (and with its own registration mark ®â€¦ooo, so impressive!) It's like they're shouting, "Hey, Look What I Can Do!"
Sorry, that's waaaay too much ego
The type of Realtor I am is one who helps clients focus on their home search or selling process and crystallize their priorities.
I became a realtor in 2004 after earning a business marketing degree from the university of Wisconsin-Green Bay. When I received my realtor's license, absolutely none of my friends were surprised. You see, in high school I was voted Most Likely to Spend Her Weekends Working at Open Houses.
After all, when you grow up with a dad who's a custom home builder and a mom who's an interior designer, it's only natural that real estate becomes your calling. And for me, it's my passion. My early exposure to the business has helped this passion and gave me a strong foundation for building success. And frankly, I wouldn't do anything else.
